Job Description You’ll join our Agent Services Team, ensuring every potential customer feels supported, informed, and confident as they navigate the next steps in their home loan journey. Working within a collaborative, people-focused team, you’ll help Australians achieve their home ownership goals while building meaningful relationships along the way. This role focuses on managing and nurturing a pipeline of leads, booking qualified appointments, and turning conversations into real sales opportunities through proactive communication and relationship-building. What you'll do: Manage inbound and outbound leads from multiple sources, including real estate referrals, website enquiries, and internal or partner networks. Consistently meet monthly appointment and pipeline goals to drive sales growth. Respond promptly and maintain ongoing communication to maximise conversion opportunities. Keep Salesforce and internal systems up to date to support forecasting and decision-making. Work closely with Customer Service Managers, BDMs, and brokers to ensure smooth and professional customer experiences.
