In this role, you'll report to the Senior Facilities Manager and play a key part in overseeing the day-to-day facilities operations for the complex. Whether you're currently a Facilities Coordinator or coming from a trade background and looking to transition into facilities management, we'll provide comprehensive training and development tailored to your experience. Here's what you'll focus on: - Provide support to the Senior Facilities Manager in the delivery of all hard and soft Facilities Management services for the centre - Manage maintenance schedules and coordinate reactive works with contractors and service providers. - Maintain up-to-date records of building documentation, compliance certificates, and contractor information. - Assist with the preparation of emergency response plans and safety documentation. - Monitor contractor performance and ensure adherence to service agreements. - Liaise with tenants, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to address enquiries and coordinate services. - Support procurement processes including raising purchase orders, tracking invoices, and assisting with budget preparation. - Coordinate inspections, audits, and compliance activities in line with local regulations. Here are some of the strengths you'll possess and the background you'll need to be successful; - Previous Facilities or Operations experience, ideally within a retail environment or transferable experience in a similar role - Knowledge of building operations or safety compliance (advantageous but not essential). - Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). - Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. - A proactive, flexible, and team-oriented approach.
