What we are looking for A recognised tertiary qualification Membership/registration with the appropriate regulated body ie AHPRA Minimum 2 years clinical experience within the NDIS or Home Care Package system, preferably in a clinical or community-based setting Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and work effectively with clients, families, and colleagues Excellent clinical reasoning and problem-solving skills A commitment to evidence-based practice and ongoing professional development A positive, empathetic, and compassionate approach to care Full Drivers licence and COVID-19 vaccinations (2 doses minimum).
