Our client is an industry leader in manufacturing tailored metal products to predominately mining and construction industries. The purpose of this position is to provide support to the external sales team and service customers of house accounts, with a strong focus on delivering a high level of customer service. Key Responsibilities: The successful candidates must possess the following skills and experience: Customer Service – deliver prompt, friendly, polite and efficient service. Administration – maintain accurate records, quoting and order processing. Dispatch – Assist with efficient operation as needed. Reception – answering phones, greeting visitors/customers. Payroll Processing. Tax Assistance. Qualifications & Requirements: Minimum of 3 years recent experience in an Internal Sales / Customer Service capacity. Computer literate – MYOB experience an advantage but not essential. Ability to work to deadlines. A flexible “can do” attitude. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
