Key Responsibilities Oversee daily operations across all departments and outlets Lead, train, and motivate a team of 35–40 passionate staff Manage budgets, reporting, and overall financial performance Drive growth through local engagement, creative promotions & events Maintain compliance with licensing, gaming, and WHS regulations Deliver consistently exceptional guest experiences Build strong community relationships and partnerships About You You’re a hands-on leader who’s all about people, performance, and positivity.
