This off-grid luxury lodge offers premium accommodation, immersive nature-based experiences, guided wilderness adventures, and exceptional dining showcasing local ingredients. The operation combines environmental sustainability with five-star guest service, creating a unique destination that celebrates connection to country, culture, and community. We’re seeking an experienced Lodge Manager to oversee all aspects of daily operations, leading a team of approximately 20 staff. This is a highly hands-on leadership role suited to someone with strong operational expertise, commercial acumen, and a genuine passion for remote hospitality. You’ll be responsible for ensuring outstanding guest experiences while managing performance, logistics, safety, and sustainability outcomes across all departments.
