About the Role We’re seeking an experienced and hands-on Store Manager to lead the Emerald team. This is an exciting opportunity for a retail leader who loves the outdoors, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and enjoys being on the floor coaching and supporting their team. You’ll be responsible for driving store performance, creating an engaging customer experience, and fostering a culture where your team loves what they do. Key Responsibilities Lead, motivate, and develop a team of five to deliver exceptional customer service. Drive store performance across sales, profitability, and key KPIs. Maintain visual and operational standards to reflect the brand’s commitment to quality and adventure. Manage rosters, wages, and budgets in line with company expectations. Build strong relationships with customers and the local community. Champion a safety-first culture and ensure compliance with company policies. About You Proven experience as a Store Manager or strong Assistant Manager ready to step up. Experience within big-box, specialty, or high-volume retail environments. Passion for the outdoors – whether it’s camping, fishing, boating, or 4WD. Strong leadership and communication skills with a hands-on approach. Commercially minded with experience managing KPIs, wages, and budgets. Flexible to work a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays.
