Your duties as a Disability Support Worker include, but are not limited to: Provide personalised daily living assistance, including meal prep, hygiene support, and household tasks Support clients to build independence and participate in community-based activities Administer and prompt medication in line with care plans and agency policies Monitor client wellbeing, reporting any changes or concerns to supervisors or care coordinators Foster a safe, respectful, and empowering environment that promotes choice and inclusion Adapting quickly to new facilities, working across various shifts and locations as needed.
