We are currently seeking a Senior Business Analyst to take ownership of end-to-end product delivery within a leading national Insurance provider. Be responsible for full lifecycle product delivery – from design and requirements gathering through to testing and launch. Key responsibilities: Lead the end-to-end delivery of new and updated general insurance products. Capture, validate, and translate underwriting and business requirements into clear specifications . Configure product rules, rating logic, workflows, and documents within a policy admin system. Oversee and support UAT, ensuring smooth deployment and minimal disruption. Act as a subject matter expert on product structures, workflows, and system functionality. What we’re looking for: Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst in the General Insurance industry . Strong knowledge of policy administration systems , rating engines, and underwriting processes. Ability to simplify and translate complex regulatory/product requirements into practical solutions . A confident communicator with the ability to engage stakeholders across both insurance and technology.
