You're someone who: Has proven supervisory or team leadership experience in retail or hospitality Leads with a hands-on, people-first approach (your team comes first, always) Communicates brilliantly and handles conflicts like a diplomat Has an eagle eye for detail and takes pride in high standards Tackles challenges head-on with creative solutions and a can-do attitude Lives by accountability, professionalism, and doing things right The Non-Negotiables Experience in premium or specialty food retail Food handling knowledge or certification RSA certification (preferred but we can work with you on this!)
