AN Enrolled Nurse advocates for the rights of residents and is a role model for professional and respectful behaviour. Reporting to the Nurse Unit Manager, the EEN role is responsible for supporting the coordination and delivery of the complex needs of our resident group to ensure that residents and their families receive optimal access to the appropriate multidisciplinary health team and support services within the community.  This role is responsible for the promotion of a positive organisational culture that supports the Residential Aged Care Nurse Unit Manager to communicate and implement organisational change. The Enrolled Nurse position is a pivotal role within the residential care facility ensuring residents receive optimal care, quality of life and a safe living environment. The role is responsible for ensuring the achievement of excellence in care delivery in line with organisational policies & procedures, best practice and legislative requirements. The Enrolled Nurse is also responsible for ensuring organisational outcomes are in line with departmental and organisational strategic objectives, is a highly motivated and an excellent communicator striving for best nursing practice.  To be successful in this role you will have: Probity and clearance required prior to commencement including, current Police and working with children check. Experience working in Aged Care Ability to work within a flexible roster system. Well-developed communication skills and a proven ability to work in a multidisciplinary team.  Next Steps . . .
