We also manage related services such as custom kitchens and joinery, small to medium commercial construction, and residential land development and subdivisions. Position Overview: Encore Built is seeking a Formwork Carpenter based on the Sunshine Coast, with projects located across the region. In this role, you will be responsible for constructing the formwork that shapes concrete structures on our sites. You will interpret plans and drawings, assemble formwork systems, and ensure accurate measurements and high-quality finishes. Your craftsmanship and attention to detail will be key to the successful delivery of our projects. Key Responsibilities: Read and interpret construction blueprints and plans Set up formwork using wood, or other materials Measure, cut, and assemble formwork components accurately Install reinforcements to strengthen concrete structures Ensure alignment, leveling, and stability of formwork Collaborate with team members and other trades to achieve project goals Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment Skills and Qualifications: At least 1 year of proven experience as a Formwork Carpenter or similar role Cert III in Carpentry or similar desired Proficiency in carpentry techniques and tools Ability to read and understand construction drawings Strong mathematical skills for measurements and calculations Excellent attention to detail and craftsmanship Physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor Effective communication and teamwork skills Commitment to safety and quality standards Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
