What You’ll Be Doing: Running small site crews and helping drive day-to-day delivery Working hands-on across all trades of landscaping, including: Feature planting & garden builds Turfing, soil prep & irrigation Retaining walls & edging Paving, decking & outdoor structures Reading plans & keeping projects on track Working with clients, builders & the project team Mentoring apprentices and sharing what you know Ready to level up your landscaping career and take the lead on stunning outdoor builds? Requirements What We’re Looking For: Qualified landscaper (Cert III preferred) Confident on tools and across hard soft landscape elements White Card ( machinery tickets a bonus) Reliable, switched-on & hungry to grow Good communicator, team player & problem-solver Great attitude - we rate personality & culture fit as much as skill Hours: Mon–Fri 7am–3:30/4pm Most days you’ll head straight to site.
