Description As an HR Business Partner, you'll work closely with operational leaders to deliver strategic and hands-on HR support. You'll help shape workforce planning, drive engagement, and support leaders in building high-performing teams. Key Responsibilities: Partner with leaders to deliver people strategies aligned with business goals Provide coaching and support on performance, development, and employee relations Lead workforce planning and talent initiatives across key business units Support change management and organisational development projects Analyse HR data and trends to inform decision-making Ensure compliance with employment legislation and company policies Collaborate with the broader HR team on projects and continuous improvement Profile We're looking for a confident, solutions-focused HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced, operational environment. You'll bring: Proven experience in a generalist or business partnering HR role Strong knowledge of Australian employment law and HR practices Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Experience with unions negotiation and strong ER case management Ability to influence and build trust across all levels of the business A proactive mindset and a passion for people and culture Available to work 5 days at the office (based on Port-Melbourne) Job Offer Competitive hourly rate between up to 120 AUD plus super.
