We have a strong reputation within our Community. About the Role We are currently seeking to recruit a People Services Partner to join our dedicated team. We are flexible whether this role will be part time @ 4 days per week or Full Time but will report directly to the General Manager Clinical and People Services. A generalist HR role with responsibility across all operational people functions including payroll, rostering, recruitment, retention, learning and development, performance management and industrial relations. One of the first priorities for this role will be leading the implementation of new Human Resource software solutions. You will have Proven expertise in project and change management, with a history of implementing initiatives to achieve positive organisational outcomes. Outstanding communication, presentation, interpersonal, and diplomacy skills, enabling effective collaboration and relationship-building at all levels of the organisation. Experience supporting and guiding leaders and employees Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations Hands on experience in a similar role A big heart and a strengths based approach to people leadership Key Responsibilities: Lead workforce planning, recruitment, and talent development Oversee performance, learning and development, HR systems, payroll, rostering, and reporting Manage employee relations, compliance, and risk Promote engagement, wellbeing, and inclusive culture Deliver training programs and maintain WHS standards Provide insights through HR analytics and stakeholder engagement This role creates an opportunity for you to join a not-for-profit aged care provider with a heart, and a team of passionate people creating sustainable caring communities through transformational leadership.
