Job description: Subcontract Position Role & Responsibilities: Assess and develop individualized treatment plans to support clients in improving their daily living and functional independence. Work with a diverse client base, including children, adults, and individuals with disabilities or chronic conditions. Implement therapy interventions that enhance mobility, self-care, fine motor skills, and sensory processing. Provide home, school, and workplace assessments and recommend modifications to improve accessibility and participation. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide holistic care and goal-oriented therapy. Educate clients, families, and caregivers on adaptive strategies and equipment use. Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with professional standards. Requirements Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy. AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist. Experience working with paediatric and/or adult clients in clinical or community settings. Strong assessment and intervention skills with a client-focused approach. Ability to work independently and manage a caseload effectively. Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain). NDIS Worker Screening Check (or valid Police Check). Professional indemnity and public liability insurance. ABN (Australian Business Number) for contractor work.
