You’ll deliver recovery-based, community-focused care that’s practical, respectful, and tailored to each person’s needs. From prescribing equipment to recommending exercises, you’ll work alongside carers, families, and other professionals to make daily life easier and more fulfilling. You’ll also build strong local partnerships, contribute to continuous improvement, and help shape services that feel personal. In this role you’ll have the flexibility to plan your own schedule, with admin time at our Bundaberg office, from home, or a co-working space. You’ll also have: A tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy and current AHPRA registration Experience with and strong interest in providing OT support to people who are ageing Confidence working independently and managing your time Clear communication skills and a collaborative mindset, especially when working with a multidisciplinary team Confidence with technology and attention to detail when documenting care A valid Driver’s Licence and reliable vehicle you will use for work First Aid, CPR, and a National Criminal History Check (or are happy to get) Belonging Starts Here We believe real care starts with real belonging.
