The Opportunity A new re-sales division has been created and is headed by a highly regarded property leader. The Sales Executive is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with owners, generating new listing opportunities and achieving sales targets. There is a warm database of owners for the successful candidate to utilise as these people bought their apartment off the plan from our client. Key responsibilities will include: Manage the Entire Sale Process from Appraisal through to Settlement Conduct Appraisals, Listing Presentations, Tailored to the Local Market Identify & Refer New Managements to Property Management Division Develop & Execute Marketing Campaigns - Digital, Print, & Social Conduct Private Inspections & Open Homes Who We’re Looking For To be considered for this unique and exciting opportunity, it is essential that you have current real estate experience as a Sales Assistant or Sales Agent.
