Operations Administrator About the Role: Reporting to the Director, you will play a key part in ensuring smooth office and project operations. You will handle invoicing, accounts payable and receivable, documentation management and general administrative support across the business. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate day-to-day administration and operational support Manage accounts receivable and payable, including invoicing and reconciliation Maintain accurate project and office documentation Prepare reports, spreadsheets, schedules and job tracking using advanced Excel Assist with procurement, job scheduling and subcontractor coordination General office and administrative duties as required About You: Previous experience in the construction industry (essential) Strong administrative background with excellent organisational skills Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (lookups, pivot tables, formulas) Experience with invoicing and accounts payable/receivable Strong communication skills and the confidence to liaise with internal and external stakeholders High attention to detail, reliability and ability to work autonomously What’s on Offer: Full-time, stable position in a supportive team.
