About the role Join our HCM Project Team as a Business Analyst (HR Payroll) and be part of an exciting transformation that’s reshaping how we manage and support our people. You’ll contribute to the delivery and optimisation of our new cloud-based Payroll, Workforce Management, and HCM platform. In this key role, you will analyse and validate data, respond to user requests, and streamline processes to ensure the system operates at its best. Collaborating closely with the Human Resources team, you will identify opportunities to enhance automation, reporting, dashboards and workflows, unlocking greater efficiency and insight across the organisation. This is a unique opportunity to apply your analytical expertise to a major system transformation while helping to shape the future of HR and Payroll at the Royal Rehab Group. Key responsibilities include: Work with team members to gather and analyse processes and data. Analyse requirements and provide input to system configuration. Assist with the extraction of data from source systems into the system. Convert data into templates for configuration and upload. Design, test and implement workflows and respective electronic forms. Design and participate in user testing and acceptance. Validate system documentation and configuration outputs. Report issues to team members and vendors. Design and produce system reports as required. Work with respective stakeholders to archive legacy data and applications. Support HRIS and Payroll Managers in maintenance of the HRIS/Payroll system including customisation, and upgrade of systems and modules. Provides technical support, troubleshooting and training to HRIS users. Recommend and develop opportunities to eliminate process waste, streamline and automate processes. About you We seek a self-motivated and friendly individual with: Essential Criteria: Ability to analyse data to identify issues and solve problems. Ability to coordinate and facilitate information and data analysis gathering sessions. Experience with data extraction and conversion processes from source systems into templates. Proficiency in office applications and good understanding of application software fundamentals. Experience in developing and supporting user acceptance testing processes. Writing business processes and systems documentation. Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or experience. Desirable Criteria: Experience in HRIS/Payroll systems implementation. Experience with data and application archiving of legacy systems. Experience in process improvement. Experience with end user training.
