About the Role As a Client Service Coordinator (CSC) , you'll be the engine that keeps our care services running smoothly. You'll coordinate staff schedules, allocate shifts, and ensure our clients receive the right care at the right time. Every day, you'll make a difference by keeping services running smoothly and supporting both clients and team members. What You'll Do Manage staff rostering and ensure timely allocation of shifts. Resolve scheduling conflicts with exceptional customer service. Support compliance with policies and industry standards. Collaborate with care teams, management, and clients' families/carers. Assist with administrative tasks related to rostering and client services. What We're Looking For Experience coordinating schedules or managing staff allocations in a care or service-based environment is an advantage. Strong organisational and time-management skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable learning new systems. Team player, able to manage multiple priorities. Knowledge of disability services and client support. Flexible, adaptable, and solution-focused. Current clearances: Working with Children Check, National Criminal History Check, NDIS Worker Screening, referee checks, and identity verification.
