We’re currently seeking an experienced Factory Hand with a valid Forklift Licence to join our client’s team in Wacol, QLD . This role offers the potential for a permanent full-time position following a successful labour hire trial period. About the Role Working as part of a close-knit team, you’ll assist with the preparation and dispatch of materials, ensuring all orders are completed safely and efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Picking, labelling, and manually handling steel products to complete customer orders Operating forklifts to load and unload materials, machinery, and trucks General warehousing and housekeeping duties Ensuring all loads are staged before finishing work for the day Maintaining a safe and clean work environment Hours: Monday to Friday, starting at 4:00am Overtime: Required as needed to complete daily loads What We’re Looking For Current Forklift Licence – essential Experience operating a multi-directional forklift (preferred) Previous experience in a similar factory, steel, or warehousing environment (highly regarded) Reliable and committed to full-time hours Physically fit – able to lift, bend, and stand for long periods Strong communication skills with the ability to read and comprehend work instructions in English A positive, team-oriented attitude and excellent attendance record Why Apply?
