What you’ll do: Support clients with daily living activities, personal care, and community access Assist clients with psychosocial disabilities using trauma-informed approaches Administer or assist with medication as required Document progress notes and report any concerns What we’re looking for: Compassionate, reliable, and professional Experience in disability or psychosocial support preferred Flexibility to work across different shifts and locations Pay Rates (SCHADS E3.1 Casual): Base hourly: $35.15 Afternoon shift (Mon–Fri, ends 8 PM–midnight): $38.67 Active night shift (before 6 AM / after midnight, Mon–Fri): $39.37 Saturday: $49.21 Sunday: $63.27 Public holiday: $77.33 Why join Nextt?
