We’re seeking an experienced Senior Property Manager with strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a positive attitude. Parking is provided above the office. Your Responsibilities: - Manage your own portfolio of only ~175 properties, with the opportunity to grow the portfolio and earn new business commissions - Handle emails and/or enquiries, owner, tenant enquiries etc - Deal with compliance, maintenance requests etc for the portfolio, portfolio management day to day duties - Process applications, leasing etc, if required (leasing inspections consultant support provided) Career progression is available into leadership roles for those who have the skills and attitude!
