What you’ll be doing: Building strong, trusted relationships with both landlords and tenants Handling all communications with confidence and care Conducting ingoing, routine, and outgoing inspections (with assistance from the leasing team) Coordinating maintenance and repairs Overseeing rent reviews, lease renewals, and maintaining low arrears Attending Tribunal when required What we’re looking for: Minimum 2 years’ experience in Property Management Strong communicator who takes initiative and solves problems effectively Team player with a positive, professional attitude Current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail What’s in it for you: Monday to Friday only – enjoy your weekends again!
