About the role We're looking for an experienced consultant ready to lead, mentor, and drive success within our NSW Early Childhood division. If you’re high-energy, outgoing, and love making work enjoyable for everyone around you, we want to hear from you! This is a 360-recruitment role where you'll manage a temp recruitment desk while coaching and supporting your team to achieve results. Key responsibilities Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for Temp Early Childhood roles Lead by example, supporting and motivating your team to meet shared goals Develop and implement plans that drive business growth and client satisfaction Coach and mentor consultants to build confidence and capability Build long-term partnerships with educators and childcare providers About you You're a confident communicator who thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused environment.
