This role is ideal for an experienced Contracts Administrator looking to step into a stable, long-term position that combines hands-on project delivery with leadership and mentoring opportunities. You’ll join a structured and collaborative team where systems are in place, support is genuine, and your contribution will make a tangible difference to project outcomes. Key Responsibilities Oversee contract administration across all project phases—from procurement to final account Prepare variations, progress claims, and subcontract documentation Track budgets, forecasts, and cost reports using Procore and Cheops Collaborate closely with Project Managers and Site Supervisors to ensure smooth project delivery Support and mentor junior team members to develop their technical and commercial skills About You Proven experience as a Contracts Administrator within residential or townhouse projects Strong knowledge of WA building contracts and procurement processes Proficient in Procore and Cheops (essential) Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills Perth-based with full Australian working rights What’s On Offer Salary package: $120K–$130K Super (DOE) Long-term career opportunity with a stable, respected WA builder Supportive management and a collaborative work environment Chance to mentor junior staff and progress into senior roles Ready to take the next step in your construction career?
