We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee the refurbishment of a landmark hospitality building in the Snowy Monaro region . This is a contract position lasting the entirety of the project marked at 60 weeks. There will be accommodation provided for the successful site manager. Project is due to start in mid January, there is slight room for flexibility on this. The Role: Manage day-to-day site operations, ensuring the project runs smoothly, safely, and on time Coordinate trades, subcontractors, and suppliers Oversee WHS compliance and maintain site safety standards Report progress to the Project Manager and keep all stakeholders updated Ensure high-quality workmanship throughout the refurb project About You: Proven experience as a Site Manager, ideally within heavy refurb projects Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to manage multiple trades and keep the project on track Solid understanding of WHS requirements and site safety management For any questions relating to this role please click apply and we will be in touch to discuss further.
