About the Role As the Portfolio Finance Administrator, you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day financial management of multiple properties, ensuring accurate lease accounting, reporting, and compliance. You’ll partner closely with Property and Asset Managers to provide insights that support operational decisions and drive portfolio performance. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong analytical ability, attention to detail, and a passion for the property industry. Key responsibilities include: Reviewing rent rolls and ensuring accuracy of base rent, outgoings, and recoveries Managing lease accounting adjustments including incentives, abatements, and rent escalations Recording and reconciling tenant receivables and arrears, coordinating follow-up with property managers Processing outgoings reconciliations and ensuring recoverable expenses are billed correctly Supporting the preparation of monthly and quarterly financial reports, including P&L and balance sheet Assisting with annual budgets, forecasts, and audits Maintaining data accuracy across lease and finance systems Supporting special projects such as process improvements and software transitions About You To succeed in this role, you’ll bring: Experience in property or real estate finance, ideally within a commercial portfolio Sound knowledge of lease accounting and property-related financial processes Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a high level of accuracy Proficiency in property accounting software Strong communication and stakeholder management skills You’ll be detail oriented, proactive, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
