About the Role We are seeking a Trade Qualified Industrial Spray Painter to join team in a workshop-based environment. This position plays a key role in ensuring the high-quality painting and finishing. You'll be working closely with the Fitting Supervisor and Workshop Manager to maintain exceptional standards of quality, safety, and efficiency. Monday to Friday role (6:00am - 2:30pm OT available) with an excellent temp-to-perm opportunity for the right candidate. Key Responsibilities Spray painting and finishing using 2 Pac Airless Systems. Work closely with the Fitting Supervisor and Workshop Manager to meet production schedules and quality requirements. Assist with implementing and maintaining quality control procedures. Ensure all tasks are completed safely and in compliance with company policies. Maintain accurate safety and quality records. Support continuous improvement across painting and finishing processes. Perform tasks that may involve working at heights (ladder work required).
