As a Customer Service Support – HCP , you’ll play a key role in supporting our HCP and NDIS customers, building meaningful relationships, and making a real difference in people’s lives. Location: Head Office, Banyo, Brisbane Hours: Full-time | 8am–5pm (May–September) | 8am–5pm (October–April) Flexibility between 7am–6pm required due to daylight savings. Hybrid work options available after training. Key Responsibilities: Handling outbound referrals for new HCP and NDIS customers Responding to inbound calls and providing clear, empathetic support Explaining how Lite n’ Easy’s HCP and NDIS programs work Offering encouragement and guidance to customers needing support Collaborating with the HCP and NDIS Specialist team to ensure smooth service delivery About You: 2–5 years’ experience in a customer service role Strong communication and interpersonal skills High attention to detail and ability to work well in a team Ability to build and maintain effective relationships Flexibility and adaptability in a changing environment Completion of the NDIS Worker Orientation Module and NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to complete) Experience in specialty retail or hospitality highly regarded If you have a passion for customer service and are seeking a challenging yet rewarding opportunity where your work directly influences organisational success, then we encourage you to take the next step in your career.
