The Role: Working alongside an experienced team, your responsibilities will include: Managing the end-to-end employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding; Identifying and implementing process improvements across HR operations; Assisting with recruitment, including graduate and clerkship programs; Supporting cyclical processes such as remuneration reviews, performance evaluations, and employee engagement initiatives; Acting as the first point of contact for all HR matters in the Sydney office; and Contributing to and leading aspects of change management and project work. To Be Successful: Proven experience as an HR Advisor within a professional services environment is required; Strong Excel and data analysis skills; The confidence and presence to be the face of HR in Sydney; and A continuous improvement mindset and a proactive, solutions-focused approach.
