What is the role? We’re partnering with a highly regarded global law firm to find a standout Legal PA / LPA Coordinator to join their Sydney office. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Legal PA who thrives on variety, enjoys problem-solving, and wants to play a pivotal role in both Partner support and team coordination. Key responsibilities include: Provide seamless support to a Partner - managing inboxes, diaries, travel, meetings and client communication; Anticipate needs, think ahead, and keep things running smoothly across a busy M&A practice; Coordinate and manage leave for the broader PA group, ensuring adequate coverage and communication; and Assist HR with PA recruitment and onboarding. What are we looking for?
