IT Asset Management Analyst Adelaide CBD | Contract to June 2026 | Up to $58 per hour Super We’re supporting a large transformation program and looking for an experienced IT Asset Management Analyst to join a high-performing technology team on a contract through to June 2026. This role plays a key part in improving how hardware and software assets are tracked, governed, and supported across a complex environment. You’ll be working across hardware lifecycle management, software licensing, data integrity, vendor coordination, and day-to-day device processing, helping uplift visibility and accuracy across the organisation’s IT asset base. Key Responsibilities • Coordinate end-to-end hardware asset activities including procurement, deployment, tracking, and disposal • Support software license management, entitlements, and compliance monitoring • Maintain accurate asset records within ITAM/CMDB platforms (ServiceNow, SCCM, Intune, JAMF, or similar) • Generate quality reporting and support audit processes • Collaborate with procurement, finance, vendors, and IT operations teams • Contribute to improving ITAM processes, standards, and documentation • Analyse asset data, identify discrepancies, and take corrective action About You • Strong background in hardware and software asset management • Experience working with enterprise ITAM and CMDB tools • Solid understanding of software licensing and vendor compliance requirements • Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy • Confident communicator who can work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders • Familiar with ITIL and service management frameworks • Proven ability to work in large, complex environments Role Details • Contract through to 30 June 2026 • Expected start date: 1 December 2025 • Up to $58 per hour Super • Minimum 2 days per week on site in the Adelaide CBD • 40-hour work week If you’re an ITAM specialist who enjoys structured work, tight governance, and improving the way organisations manage their technology assets, we’d love to hear from you.
