About the opportunity As the Senior Quality Assurance Specialist, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the company maintains the highest standards of compliance and quality across its operations. Working within the Australian division, you’ll be the go-to person for monitoring critical quality processes, managing documentation and training systems, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives across the business. Duties • Lead investigations and root cause analyses when quality gaps are identified, ensuring timely CAPA resolution • Oversee document control and training administration within the local quality system • Support the evaluation and management of internal and external suppliers • Assist the QA Manager ANZ with internal audit programs, scheduling, and follow-up actions • Track and report on key quality metrics and departmental performance indicators • Build effective relationships with internal stakeholders, regulators, and global counterparts • Ensure compliance with ISO standards and company quality procedures Skills and Experience • Bachelor’s degree in a scientific discipline or related field • Minimum 3 years’ experience in QA within the pharmaceutical, medical device, or related industry • Proven experience with CAPA, root cause analysis, and supplier quality management • Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 standards • Experienced in document control and training management systems • High level of accountability, ownership, and attention to detail Culture You’ll be joining a company that truly lives its values: pioneering, achieving, caring, and enduring.
