We’re seeking an experienced Training and Development Professional to design, deliver and embed engaging learning programs that drive growth and performance. • Contract role: Immediate start, ending 30 June 2026 • Be rewarded with a competitive rate and join a team that values collaboration • Location: Western Suburbs of Sydney | Hybrid working arrangement What You’ll Do • Conduct consultation workshops to identify training needs and align programs with organisational goals • Partner with leaders and subject matter experts to tailor learning to the NRAR context • Design and develop modern, interactive learning materials (including SCORM-compliant content) • Coordinate and deliver workshops, seminars, and online learning sessions • Evaluate training effectiveness and implement continuous improvements • Embed training into onboarding programs for new and transitioning employees • Build capability and confidence within internal SME trainers • Promote training opportunities and drive engagement across the organisation What You’ll Bring • Strong IT background with experience using eLearning tools and platforms • Proven ability to create engaging digital and in-person training (SCORM, video, voiceovers, presentations) • Excellent communication and facilitation skills across diverse audiences • Strong organisational and project management skills • Ability to influence, motivate and build relationships at all levels Key Challenges • Developing training with limited existing materials • Translating business needs into fit-for-purpose learning solutions • Staying up-to-date with system and policy changes impacting training Additional Details • Criminal Record Check will be required To Apply: If you’re someone who loves creating engaging learning programs, partnering with stakeholders, and making a real difference through training — this role is for you!
