What You’ll Be Doing Lead and inspire talented PHP & Java developers, mentoring and growing high-performing teams. Own the roadmap delivery — from planning and execution to deployment and post-release support. Shape architecture and best practices across PHP and Java systems while keeping quality, security, and scalability top of mind. Collaborate across functions with product, QA, DevOps, and security to accelerate delivery and impact. Drive continuous improvement in processes, tooling, and team performance. What You’ll Bring Proven experience leading multiple engineering squads (on & off-shore) Hands-on coding experience with PHP frameworks and Java/Spring Boot. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, containerisation (Docker/Kubernetes), and cloud platforms. Strong understanding of web architectures, APIs, and enterprise integrations.
