We’re looking for a motivated and energetic Spares Leading Hand to join our Blacktown site. In this key role, you’ll support the Spares, Receiving & Stores Team Leader by managing day-to-day operations, ensuring orders are fulfilled accurately and efficiently, and helping drive team development through training and support. Your Day-to-Day Will Include: Leading and supporting your team to meet daily goals and KPIs Processing internal and external orders with precision and speed Coordinating pick packing, shipping, stock movements, and inventory tasks Operating forklifts and pallet jacks to safely move stock Upholding our high standards for safety and cleanliness (WHS compliance) Engaging with stakeholders across Production, Customer Service, Purchasing, and Inventory Control Assisting with training, administration, and cycle counts This role is perfect for someone who enjoys responsibility, communicates well, and takes pride in making sure the warehouse runs like a well-oiled machine.
