This position is with Vertika, an associated entity of United for Care. Location: Pitt Street, Sydney (3 days in-office, 2 days remote) Employment: Full-time Vertika is seeking a self-sufficient Transitional Housing Coordinator with strong NDIS experience, particularly in the Private Rental Subsidy (PRS) scheme . You’ll manage tenancy processes, oversee housing-related financial collections, and work closely with internal teams to support participants in stable housing. What you’ll do: Manage end-to-end tenancy processes, including rent reviews, inspections, debt management, and lease documentation. Oversee PRS claims and understand other NDIS housing-related funding (SDA, CRA, DSP). Liaise with internal teams and ensure accurate claiming processes offshore. Participate in internal meetings with Triage, Head of Property, and other teams to track and resolve claiming or tenancy issues. Build relationships with Support Coordinators, OPG representatives, families, and participants to support tenancy sustainability. What we’re looking for: Strong NDIS knowledge, with hands-on PRS experience. Experience in tenancy management, community housing, or disability services. Confident, self-sufficient, and highly organised. Proficient with NDIS portal, Excel, and reporting processes. Strong communication skills for stakeholder engagement (internal focus only).
