Role You’ll lead the charge on all things brand and content, from social media and creator collabs to campaigns that stop thumbs mid-scroll. Focus Social Media & Community: Own organic channels: TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and keep Threadheads loud, proud, and trending. Creative Direction & Copywriting: Shape ideas, scripts, and visuals that make people stop, smile, and say “that’s so Threadheads.” Video & Culture Content: Concept, direct, and create scroll-stopping Reels, TikToks, and Shorts with the team, blending storytelling, humour, and cultural commentary. Brand & Campaign Strategy: Strengthen and evolve the Threadheads brand Creator & Community Partnerships: Find and collab with creators who get the Threadheads vibe, culture nerds, meme lords, artists, and storytellers. Leadership & Coordination: Turn chaos into clarity. Lead integrated campaigns, align teams, and keep the creative engine humming. Channels You’ll Own Organic Socials: Build community and drive conversation. Creators, Community & Affiliates: Grow the Threadheads cult (in a good way).
