The Role This position offers an opportunity for an experienced Mental Health Clinician to work within a multidisciplinary team providing culturally informed, recovery-oriented care to clients experiencing moderate to severe mental health concerns. You will work with clients at risk of acute hospitalisation or those stepping down from inpatient care, ensuring they are supported within their community through comprehensive, wrap-around mental health and primary healthcare services. Key responsibilities include: Conducting culturally appropriate comprehensive mental health and suicide risk assessments Developing clinical formulations and delivering evidence-based treatment and support plans Providing intensive case management and assertive outreach to meet emerging client needs Collaborating within a multidisciplinary team to deliver integrated, responsive care Facilitating family and community engagement in care planning and recovery Maintaining accurate clinical documentation and contributing to case conferences and service planning Upholding client confidentiality and ensuring ethical, respectful, and culturally safe practice Participating in clinical supervision, professional development, and quality improvement initiatives What We're Looking For We're seeking a compassionate and skilled clinician who is committed to culturally safe and holistic mental health care.
