Key Responsibilities Consultation & Needs Analysis: Work closely with supervisors, colleagues and clients to identify and meet road information requirements using delegated systems. System Support & Implementation: Assist the Program Support Coordinator (RIS) with implementing and operating ARMIS, developing a structured program of work to maintain, update, and report data in line with business needs. Data Management: Update, maintain and improve database information by interpreting Design and As-constructed plans for roadworks, bridges, and other utilities. Use road information interpretation skills and infrastructure asset knowledge to undertake site inspections to confirm data. Data Integrity & Auditing: Critically assess and audit data for currency and accuracy, resolving discrepancies and ensuring compliance with standards.Technical Interpretation: Read and interpret technical and engineering documents to analyze and report complex road information using tools such as ARMIS, GIS, MapInfo, Oracle Browser, spreadsheets, charts, and maps.Collaboration & Consultation: Use knowledge of construction and design principles, spatial data and basic construction processes to consult with designers, engineers and other staff ensuring accurate data entry. Training & Support: Provide technical interpretation advice, one-on-one training and support to officers using or interpreting system data. Continuous Learning: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of system enhancements and new releases to ensure best practices in data management and reporting. Skills & AttributesStrong analytical and problem-solving skills for data validation and interpretation.Ability to read and interpret technical plans and engineering documents.Proficiency in database systems, reporting tools, and spatial software (ARMIS, GIS, MapInfo).Excellent communication and collaboration skills for consulting and training.Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high data integrity standards.
