Due to growth of their maintenance team they are after an experienced leading hand/maintenance supervisor to join their team. Role In your role as the maintenance supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and leading a team of fitters, boilermakers and electricians. You will be allocating daily duties to the team, assisting the team with planned and reactive work, helping to coordinate and plan weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly planned maintenance/shutdowns. You will also be a key member in organising and delegating the rollout and install of new machinery as well as numerous line upgrades. Requirements The successful candidate will have: Australian trade qualification – electrician, fitter, or boilermaker Previous leading hand/supervisor experience with multiple tradesman under them Experience in heavy industry manufacturing/process environments Experience with factory upgrades and new machinery installs Strong H&S and continuous improvement mindset Rewards In return you will enjoy a secure permanent role with ongoing training and support both personal and professional development.
