The Role Due to their continued success and an incredibly exciting future, this prestigious builder/developer is looking to add a new Structures Foreman to the team. You will be walking in ahead of time and will take responsibility of your projects from start to finish. You are not being employed to clean up someone else’s mess! You will take on a luxury apartment building in on the Brisbane CBD fringes. You will have commercial support from a very well-resourced site team including an exceptional Site Manager, other Site Supervisors, Full time HSE Advisor, Project Engineer, CA, Project Manager and Construction Manager, all of whom are site based. The project starts in January 2026 and is circa $200m in value. About You You will have extensive experience working on similar sized medium to high rise projects from basement dig through to the final details of their impressive quality. You will be a strong building technician, well planned and an excellent communicator. Your ability to run a well programmed, highly organised and motivated team of subcontractors will be the lead indicator for your success. Your leadership traits will bring the best out of your team members and subcontractors alike. You will be used to working with Procore (or similar), Microsoft Project, Excel etc. You will be used to managing quality through the appropriate pre and post pour checks and hold points. You will have had 10 years’ experience working as lead General Foremand or Structure Foreman in a Tier1/Tier2 environment on projects valued at $60m .
