Assists in managing the day-to-day operations, ensuring quality, standards and expectations are met. Ensures compliance with all relevant policies, standards, procedures, regulations and laws. Assists servers and hosts on the floor during meal periods and high demand times. Supervises Songbird & Hearth Lounge and all related areas in the absence of the Beverage & Bar Manager. Skills & Experience Approved Manager Certification from Nationally Accredited Training provider (inclusive of RSA) Nationally Recognised Food Safety Certification for Supervisors Experience working in management role preferable Experience working in a Restaurant (or Food & Beverage outlet) required.
