Staff can check their card expiry date on a myki machine, myki check or via online account: https://www.mymyki.com.au/NTSWebPortal/Common/register/SetupWebAccess.aspx?menu=Set For any queries you may have, please refer to the myki Commuter Club Frequently Asked Questions.pdf (FAQs). Updates to the FAQs document includes information about how you can now obtain an on-the-spot replacement for damaged/defective cards and information about how refund applications are calculated.
