About the Role Join our Graduate Program as a Graduate Consultant within our CFO Advisory team, starting Janu ary 2026! Our CFO Advisory team supports a broad range of organisations, large corporates, listed entities , government and public se ctor entities . We work closely with Boards, executives, management , and in particular CEOs and CFOs to provide specialist accounting and reporting advice and improve their financ ial management and governance practices. The CFO Advisory team collaborates with a range of other BDO teams and services which includes Consulting, Risk Advisory and Projects and Infrastructure Advisory teams. This gives you the opportunity to be involved in a variety of work and projects to support clients with their long-term financial sustainability plans, transitioning to new finance systems and implementation of new reporting s tandards . As a CFO Advisory Graduate at BDO, you can expect to: Work on solving complex financial management and accounting issues , prepare accounting advice and help clients with financial reporting and regulatory compliance. Assist with finance function transformation projects supporting clients mak e financial accounting and reporting processes more streamlined. Assist clients with the adoption and implementation of the climate and sustainability reporting standards, including development of procedures and data capture to enable reporting, such as carbon emissions accounting . Collaborate w ith diverse and multi-disciplinary teams across the BDO network on large project s to support clients achieve their financial and strategic objectives .
