Provide high level advice and support on workforce relations matters through a client-focussed enterprise model to Northern Territory Public Sector agencies to assist them with management of their human resources in particular case management. Lead a team of Workforce Management professionals delivering client-focussed Human Resource services across both specialised and generalist disciplines to Northern Territory Public Sector agencies and employees. Selection will be made at the AO7 or SAO1 level depending on the experience of the successful applicant.
