Your tasks Join Our Team - Let's Create Impact As our Field Service Technician QLD, you will: Executive service orders as received by the central planning team. Perform Installation and commissioning of coffee machines. Perform operator training on the coffee machine and attachments. Prepare coffee recipes and machine programming. Perform Planned Maintenance on coffee machines. Perform Reactive Maintenance. Prepare technical reports (customer service report) for each service order. Provide recommendations for product improvement. Provide clear feedback to customers on reason for service visit. Participates in after-hours on-call roster. Supports sales where required on technical topics. Participation in training, conferences and trade fairs. Your profile We're Looking for someone who: Has a genuine interest in mechanical, hydraulic, or electronic systems. Is open to traveling for several days at a time Has good communication skills and a customer-first attitude Is reliable, enthusiastic, and eager to grow Looking for candidates located in QLD.
