Our client URGENTLY requires a Technical Writer for a 20 months Contract in Osborne, SA. The Technical writer will be required to work in a complex operating environment as part of the Technical Directorate. You will support the acquisition and delivery of continuous naval shipbuilding in providing government oversight in ship construction, upgrade, test & delivery. Skills and Experience required include: Minimum AQF level 6 qualifications e.g. Advanced Diploma, Associate Degree or equivalent qualification with an engineering background. Understanding of quality practices and principles in accordance with ISO 9001. High level of demonstrable experience in a technical domain in either oil and gas, maritime, ship maintenance or Ship building projects. Demonstrable experience in writing plans and process for publication. Experience in CAD software especially AutoCAD would be advantageous. Must have (minimum) NV1 security clearance. Top $'s Paid !
